A Day Off Together!

Aaron had the day off today and we decided to make the most of it! We had a very busy and very fun day! We started off by getting ready and going to Seagull Book to buy some baptism programs for a baptism in our ward tomorrow (because Aaron is the ward mission leader) and then we went to Wal-Mart to get a few things.

After Wal-Mart, we went to a few other stores looking for Transformers t-shirts for the big premiere on Monday night (Yeah, Aaron totally won VIP tickets and stuff and we get to see it before almost everybody else...YAY!!!...can't wait!). We were pretty much unsuccessful ($20 for a shirt is a little much) so we gave up.

We decided to go check out South Ogden Days. I just have to say that their carnival rides looked so awesome! We didn't actually go on any rides but they sure did look fun! We walked around the vendor booths and checked out the car show. It was a pretty good car show!

After everything at South Ogden Days we decided to just go home. On our way home, we noticed that something was going on downtown and we decided to check it out. It turned out that it was a Relay for Life so we walked around the path one time and bought a few things to support the cause for cancer.

Aaron got some hot dogs (I can't eat hot dogs because I'm allergic and I throw up when I eat them sometimes) and we got some cotton candy to share. Berkley really liked the cotton candy but she was so sleepy that she hardly had the desire to play with it. I got a super awesome wristband that says, "Cancer Sucks". It's so true!

One of my very best friends from growing up is fighting cancer right now and I couldn't stop thinking about what I would do to take it away from her. Lindsey is such an inspiration to fight for life and I look up to her so much. My husband and I both struggled to fight back tears as we walked the lap around the park.

I know that Heavenly Father is there to help us through anything and I 100% believe in miracles, moreso now than ever before. I am so grateful for my amazing little family and the healthy bodies that we have! I can't think of a better way to end a wonderful "day off" than to go snuggle with my husband and baby and show my appreciation for them, so good night!

WARNING: EXTREME PICTURE OVERLOAD!!!

Make sure you take a look at the previous several posts from the last two days! It has been forever since I took the time to blog so I worked hard to cram it all in! This is my last post for a while so I can breathe now!

I take thousands of pictures (literally) of this little beauty every month and I seriously limited the ones I am posting to my favorites! I know that's hard to believe but I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I do!

Lately Berkley has been clasping her hands together! So adorable! This is what she looks like when whe purses her lips and spits too! I love it!

Yummy tootsies! She loves to put her feet in her mouth!

Sleepy girl lounging around!

Can't get enough of the otterpops!

She wanted to control the TV!

Such a cute little fishy!

HAHA! I took the picture mid-sneeze! I love it!

Our princess chilling in her stroller while mommy and daddy hit some balls at the driving range!

Cute summer outfit from grandma! Berkley loved eating the ruffle!

Yummy lemon! She actually seemed to like it, which isn't a huge surprise with how much I craved lemons while I was pregnant with her!

Trying to grab my phone...she's obsessed with electronics!

So cute and summery!

Playing with Ellie's dolly! I hope she learns not to hold a baby by squeezing its head with her feet! She loved putting her feet on the dolly!

Getting ready to eat some yummy food!

She loves to pull up her shirts and dresses! It's so cute and funny!

I love this cute little face!

Playing with toys! I love that she can entertain herself with toys now! It's so nice!

My cute little sweet pea!

So stylin in her shades!

Berkley loved playing with her prunes! She was so messy...and proud of it too!

She loves to play with the flower toy on her activity center! She's so cute in it!

Playing her piano!

She fell asleep in the car and when we got in the store I uncovered her and found her finger in her mouth! When she woke up she started chewing on it and got a confused look on her face and then pulled it out! It was so funny!

She loves to stick her feet up in the air when she's in her carseat! Cute, cute, cute!

Such a sweet, happy baby!

HAHA! I love how she has her finger pressed into her face!

Cute little RoCkStAr!

Cute little sleepyhead!

At breakfast with mommy and daddy!

Our little flower!

Sweet, sleepy baby!

I think she's trying to lick it! She loves her bumpy ball!

Have you noticed that she likes to sprawl out when she's asleep? She's so funny!

I love the surprised look on her face!

Sleeping so peacefully in her crib!

Chewing on her tongue! She does this a lot lately! Dang teething!

I absolutely love this face she's making! Playing with her dress again!

Smiling with her tongue out! I love this picture!

So stinkin sweet!

Cute outfit! I love these little white shoes! She has such tiny feet though! These are newborn size and they are still too big and she's almost 6 months old! Crazy!

Such a sweet smile after just waking up!

So sweet and peaceful! She really is a very happy baby!

Such a sad face! It makes me laugh cause it's so cute!

Grandma's sweetheart!

Who, me?!

I think she was thinking, "Why am I up and dressed so dang early?!"

So pretty!

The cute little outfit our friend, Sam, made for Berkley! Notice how the onesie is practically see-through because of all the drool!

The onesie grandma brought back from Vegas!

I love how she has her arm above her head! This is exactly how her daddy sleeps!

She gets buried in the cart more often than I like to admit! One time I was shopping at Smith's and she made some noise and another shopper looked at me and said, "I didn't even see her in there! I thought you were just talking to yourself!" It was pretty funny! I actually had so much stuff that I started giving her the light things to hold for me and dumped a gallon of milk out of the bottom of my basket not once, not twice, but THREE times! I think Aaron will have to come along on those big shopping trips from now on!

The cutest little Utes fan ever!

The pretty dress from grandma!

Daddy's little princess sprawled out again!
